Amazing amount of talent right there! She was also very sweet and kind hearted. I’ll definitely come back here to get all my future hair cuts!

I had brought in a reference photo and I know that it won't exactly look like the photo but I didnt expect for my hair to be botched completely. Uneven cuts to the point that a hat and a possible wig or extensions is now required to cover the mess until my hair grows back. While again, everyone was very friendly, I still won't be returning to pay almost 30 bucks for a botched hair cut, its incredibly disappointing that a hair dresser says they can do a hair cut and then not do it. Please train your dressers to be truthful about what they can and cant do.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
