  SCAM ALERT! Don’t advertise a “Back to School” haircut special for students K–College if you’re just going to make up the rules as you go. When I scheduled my appointment, I specifically asked about the back-to-school deal. The first employee asked for my student ID, so I brought it with me. When I arrived, another employee asked to see my ID again. Then I waited over 30 minutes because the stylist was running late. After all that, the stylist finally came out and told me the promotion doesn’t apply to college students. So why advertise K–College if you’re just going to deny college students the discount? This is misleading advertising and a complete waste of my time. If you don’t want to honor your own promotions, don’t advertise them in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with false advertising, inconsistent policies, and poor customer service.

  The best service from Rene she did my hair color exactly how I wanted it and also the cut. She has great customer service I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

  Despite my explicit request to return products, the staff attempted to upsell them. I attempted to return the products the following day because my three-year-old daughter’s doctor had advised against it. However, both the cashier and the person who gave my daughter’s haircut persistently tried to sell me the products, even after I had clearly indicated that I did not want them. Furthermore, my daughter accidentally dropped ice cream on my receipt, and the staff responded in a highly inappropriate and unprofessional manner. It seemed as though they had never encountered toddlers before.
