- THTeagan Harris4 days ago1.0I will never book another appointment at Tricoci. I initially booked a consultation appointment at the Hawthorn Mall location that was canceled by the salon, same day, 2 hours prior to the appointment and I did not receive a refund. I then booked an appointment at the Libertyville location where I had a consultation, ordered, and paid for hair extensions. I was told the extensions would arrive in 2-3 days and I would be notified and they also scheduled the installation appointment for a week later. I arrived in the parking lot of the salon on the day of my appointment and at that time (20 minutes before the appointment) I received a call that there were “some issue with the order process” and they wanted to reschedule for the day before my event. I have not received a confirmation on my request to cancel the order and issue a refund. I will never go to a Tricoci salon again.
