- NNnadiaMay 22, 20261.0Completely unacceptable experience at this location. I am a licensed esthetician and came in to set up a professional account and purchase brow lamination supplies. The employee assisting me was dismissive from the beginning, repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking, and did not allow me to fully explain what I needed. My business information was not properly taken or processed, and instead of setting up my professional account correctly, I was told to handwrite all of my personal and business details myself.I was incorrectly told that brow lamination supplies are not carried here, with no attempt made to check inventory or verify availability. My professional account was never properly opened, which resulted in me not receiving loyalty rewards for my purchase. I was told I would receive a confirmation email within 2 days, but I never received anything.The interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. Even after completing my purchase, there was no basic courtesy or acknowledgment.As a Hispanic licensed esthetician, I left feeling uncomfortable and genuinely felt I was being treated differently and not shown the same level of respect or professionalism as other clients. My name and business information were clearly provided, but I did not feel I was taken seriously throughout the interaction.I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to other beauty professionals.

They also let someone who was locked out of her car sit and be comfortable on a -20 Illinois day no questions asked, she was so grateful for them being nice people and understanding of the situation 🙏🏻 Love this store A++++++++

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
