He was explaining that he wanted to be able to have a part this time and somehow who ever did the haircut thought having a part meant no hair on the top of the his head?!? Makes no sense. A person’s hair matters! It is part of their identity! If there is ever any question of length or style, ask the client questions. Don’t just do what the person before you wrote in a clearly incorrect note when the client is telling you how they would like the hair to lay. Obviously they’d have to have hair left for the top to lay a certain way! Now my husband has no hair and feels awful about how he looks because someone didn’t do their job and make sure they understood what he wanted. Terrible!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
