From the moment I checked out, Erica was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. While I was in the middle of paying and entering my card information, another customer walked up to ask her a question. Erica politely acknowledged the customer and respectfully let her know she would assist her as soon as she finished helping me. She handled the situation with grace, making sure I felt respected without dismissing the other customer. She also took the time to listen to my skincare concerns about a stubborn acne spot that wouldn’t go away. Instead of just pointing me toward a product, she recommended one she thought would help and even gave me a sample to try before purchasing it. I really appreciated that she took the time to understand my concern and wanted me to see if it worked before spending my money. Customer service like Erica’s is rare. She made me feel valued, respected, and cared for throughout my visit. Thank you, Erica, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made my shopping experience a memorable one.

All week my mother was going asking about a launch of a product, they told her it was April 14 and then she came in on April 13 and the girls told her they decided to launch it that morning. They give false information and then did not want to let her hold products while in the store. Very judgmental. Would not recommend this location.
