  Great job on the hydrafacial and explaining it along the way. My skin felt wonderful afterwards. I wanted to try this, cause you were having a special on the deluxe for 199, per the sign in the salon. I got charged over 300 dollars. I asked and the girl checking me out, she wasnt sure. Sorta disappointing on the price, since it was supposed to be a special.

  First time getting hair done for prom hair dresser did not communicate and make her feel uncomfortable hairdo did not hold up barely any hair spray curls were coming out poor service and over priced for hairdo I m giving them a rating of one star never going back

  I was disappointed. She started late. I was back in my car about 20 minutes later and that included a short hair wash. I mentioned that a few curls underneath to hold the volume. She did not do it. She just took off my cape and sent me on my way.

  Just buncha money hungry women !!!! Desk girl tells me sit n will give free consultation,I came in Before 3others, doesn't matter if they have a appointment or 🚫, DO YOU WANT NEW CLIENT OR NOT 🧐 SMHH 🙄,HAVE ME SIT WAITING FOR NO.REASON , CANT COME TALK TO LET ME KNOW WHATS WHAT!!! SO I LEFT N WILL FIND ELSEWHERE 💯 ILL POST WHERE THEY WERE MORE PROFESSIONAL & DECENT WITH PRICES AS WELL !!!

  Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The color result was not what I requested, and my hair was left feeling extremely damaged and over-processed. I tried to handle this privately first by reaching out to the salon for a refund or solution before leaving a review. Instead of working with me, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told my hair looked “gorgeous,” which did not reflect the actual condition of my hair. Lisa said it was my fault because I had prior color but I will post photos of my before. I value professionalism and accountability, and sadly, this experience did not reflect either.
