- LLLarryAug 19, 20261.0My wife had an appointment today with Amanda at 2:30. Apparently time management isn’t a skill that’s practiced here as she didn’t get into the chair until just after 3:30PM. I understand running a few minutes behind but over an hour when an appointment was secured weeks in advance is unacceptable. If your time is valuable then definitely go elsewhere. This was a return visit after a previous issue as well.

They advised it would be a $40 fee to remove nail polish that was existing from a previous salon; $20 for the pedicure and $20 for the manicure. This isn’t a way to gain a new customer! I could get behind $20 for both - maybe but not $40. Truly disappointing, really wanted to go here but how can anyone justify $40 TO REMOVE NAIL POLISH! Don’t care what your reasoning is, this is price gouging! Ridiculous!
