  This place seemed to be so highly recommended and is within walking distance of my home so I gave it a try. Sadly, I could not be more disappointed. It’s beautiful inside and they kindly offered me a drink but from there it went downhill. The technician was brand new to the industry (2 weeks on the job) and took longer to do my nails, which was fine. When she was finished, I noticed immediately that they were extremely very thin (dip) and I was hoping that wouldn’t prove to be a problematic. Unfortunately, it proved problematic almost immediately because within just 36 hours, one nail was already chipping away. By the time I was able to return to ask for it to be fixed, I had a total of five nails that had some sort of problem, including a tip cracking off and other areas where the product was chipping. When I called to ask if I need to set up an appointment or if I could just drop in to have these issues taken care of, I asked if it would be possible to redo all of my nails because I didn’t have any faith that the rest would survive. I was told that was fine and I was also asked to send pictures of the issues. I sent the pictures as requested including one to show how unusually thin they were. When I arrived for my appointment the next day I was paired with a new technician who didn’t bother to say hello or introduce himself and didn’t really try to speak to me either. He did not replace all of my nails as requested and instead chose to just put another top coat on the nails that he didn’t redo. Unfortunately, on the nails that he fixed, he used four coats of product so they no longer match the rest of the original nails as they are darker but what’s worse is that within two hours of leaving there again I have one more nails already chipped and peeling and within 36 hours again another tip has broken off. I’ve been having my nails done for almost 40 years and this is the worst outcome I have ever had.

  It was my first time coming to this salon, and I left so pleased with the results. I was a little scared at first because of past experiences with other salons that didn’t do a good job. David was our nail tech and he was the most wonderful person ever. Funny, easy to talk to, and just a really nice guy. The salon is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. It wasn’t overstimulating like other places, and the staff was wonderful. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done. Will definitely be coming back!

  We’ve been to this salon 3 times and every time someone in our family gets cut. We went today and my nail flowers were uneven, and I asked for pink but they gave me more of a neutral color. It also took like 30 minutes for them to even start my mom’s pedicure. Overall, we really didn’t have a good experience. The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is because the service wasn’t very good, and we probably won’t be coming back.

  I haven’t gotten my nails done in years and they were very welcoming. I had a great experience with the Gloss pedicure since my feet were a bit rough (I like to walk around barefoot!) I feel utterly spoiled! The massage chair was great and my feet look/feel amazing. My manicure, I have a pic for inspiration but told Nana that I wasn’t picky and she could add. She ran with it and I LOVE it!

  My adult daughters and I decided to treat ourselves and try this new nail salon. We were very satisfied with the services we received. The people were friendly and responsive to our requests. Our nails looked amazing. The business was new, it had only been open for two months. The salon was well organized, clean and very relaxing. I would call this business an upscale nail salon. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the prices. There prices were &15-20 higher per service, than other nail salons in the area.
