- NHNicole HandJun 2, 20192.0If the people hadn’t been so nice this would have been a 1 Star. I set an appointment for a balayage and cut. I set it online and it even gave me the option to put it on my calendar but when I showed up at noon they told me that the girl didn’t show up until 1. So if you include the hour I had to kill before the appt because of that error I was there 6.5 hours and I genuinely wish I never went. My hair looked better before. All I wanted was to look cute for my birthday and now I don’t even have the money to go somewhere else and see if it can be salvaged. It’s the first time I’ve been back since my favorite girl left and I honestly don’t think I will be back. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed to have to wear this hair in public.
