    I visited this store today to buy a gift and experienced shockingly unprofessional service. The first associate snapped, “We don’t have any gift boxes,” without even bothering to check, until another employee directly contradicted her and confirmed that boxes were available. Only then did she slowly and reluctantly bring a folded box and toss it into the bag with the tissue paper, as if doing me a favor. When I politely asked them to actually put the gift into the box, both associates acted like I was asking for something outrageous and flatly said, “We don’t do that,” even though just two days earlier another employee at this same location had done exactly that for me. When I asked since when the rules had supposedly changed, I was told, “Since then,” in a sarcastic and disrespectful tone. On top of that, the staff were extremely slow — slower than a turtle — moving and serving customers with no sense of urgency at all. With this level of speed and attitude, these employees seem better suited to working in a zoo than dealing with customers in the beauty industry. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of basic courtesy, the refusal to provide minimal assistance, the very slow pace of work, and the obvious attitude problem from staff make this store a place I do not trust or recommend. I had to pack my gift box in a car, because 10 Sephora employees seemed to be very busy serving one customer at the whole store!

    Clean lines, pretty and popular looking place with many people coming in while I was there. I think there was enough people to help.

    I was a big fan of this location. My daughter and I always go there to shop for perfume or makeup. However, my experience yesterday with one of the managers, who answered my phone call very rudely and with a bad attitude, was disappointing. I simply asked if she could tell me the specific person I previously worked with and whether she was working today in the Gucci department. Her reply was to ask if I have her cell phone number and then tell me to call her directly to find out if she’s working today, which I found very strange. As a customer, I don’t have anyone’s cell phone number from that location or any other— I was very disappointed to hear that. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I had to hang up. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope no one else has to go through the same.

    I had bought a fragrance that I wasn’t satisfied with and I feel disappoint and I will be rerun it sometime today. Because I was disappointed with the size. And I fell disappointed. With e travel size for chocolate greedy
