We used to come here as a family and I was nearby so I decided to visit on my own for a quick relaxation. It turned out to be more of a headache. Due to language barrier, it took a while for them to bring me shorts to change into since I was wearing jeans. As soon as we started, she bumped my ear piercing (that's on me I forgot) but I told her to avoid it after that. She then proceeded to bump it a couple more times, which I commented on but tolerated. The last straw was when she covered my face with a cloth and then pressed on both of my ears causing a searing pain, I got up and went to the bathroom to wash it. When I came back she just skipped over those parts of the combo package. The rest of the massage was fairly mediocre considering her nails are noticeably long (which has been a theme across different massage therapists over the years). Anyway, the cherry on top was when I brought these complaints up before paying and the cashier called the massage therapist over. They just kept yelling at each other in another language. She insisted that I pay the full price even though I didn't receive the complete package of services. They called the boss and after some back and forth, asked me what a fair price was. Ignoring how frustrated I was and the fact I might have to get my ear looked at (once again I take accountability), and not to anger the massage lady pacing behind me cursing in another language, I ultimately agreed to a 15% discount.

Nice massages. Good prices. A more boutique type feel. Nice staff and good massage therapists. My favorite part may be the nice relaxing instrumental background music
