Now that my mom is wheelchair bound it was quite the challenge to open the door manually and also roll her in. Thankfully Tiffany helped us out leaving. Is this even ADA compliant ? On a side note the front desk crew watched me struggle and made no attempt to assist . The former employee who has since moved away from the area was so adorable and a sweetheart when we didn't even need that much care she would run out every time to help mom . Miss her!
