  Zero stars. I had the worst spa experience I have ever had at this facility. I took the day off work and had multiple services lined up. I waited for a half an hour only to be told that the massage therapist did not come into work. They were not able to accommodate me for the services that day, even though it was the only day I was available prior to the wedding. The way the information was conveyed to me was hard and direct, with little concern over the inconvenience caused.

  Beth is amazing! She always leaves me feeling beautiful and confident in my own hair. Plus, she gives the best head massages when washing your hair! She’s always so thorough when I have questions and does such a great job every time. I always leave loving my hair. Highly recommend her!

  I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kyle for the last year or so but a month ago he gave me this cut and I literally love it more every day. I never have to style it, I just wash and air dry. Once I told him the length I wanted he knew just how to layer it to give me amazing volume and frame my face. It even looks good when the hair is still wet, like a long pixie cut. Sometimes I wear it half up in a clip and that looks super cute too! Thank you Kyle!

  Absolutely phenomenal! This was my first time here and it had been some time since I have been at a salon, so my hair wasn't great. My stylist, Kelsey, took me in and knew just what to do! She was amazing and gave me something better than what I was imagining! This was the best experience I have had getting my hair done and I plan to come back when I need my hair taken care of again.

  My girlfriend usually books with James for a relaxing massage and always has great things to say about him. Because of the line of work I'm in, I'm really hard on my body, so she booked a session with James for me. This was my first massage with him, and I was extremely impressed. Instead of just working on the areas that felt sore, James took the time to find the source of the tension and focused on the muscles that actually needed attention. His therapeutic deep tissue work was exactly what I was looking for. The pressure was strong but purposeful, and I could tell he really knows what he's doing. I left feeling looser, with better mobility and much less tension than when I walked in. If you're looking for a relaxing massage, James can absolutely provide that. But if you need someone who specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage and can really help with chronic muscle tightness and pain, I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be booking with James again.
