- EOEmily Ortiz4 days ago5.0At first I was uneasy because Triocci assigned me to another hairdresser and pushed my appointment back because the new one was running late but I came into my appointment extremely anxious about getting a haircut + blowout but my hairdresser did amazing, I showed her my inspiration pictures off of Pinterest and she did exactly that layers and face framing with an inch or so off. She made me feel reassured she knew what she was doing and welcomed in her chair, extremely professional and cared about my well being. Awesome job Monique! I will be back for another haircut with her when the time comes.

He was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and I was so happy that he didn’t say a single word during the haircut, providing a level of professionalism and peace that is so rare to find. I was in absolute shock after the blowout! it was perfection, and I’ve never loved my hair more. This is it for me; I am officially done searching and I am never letting go of Kyle from Tricoci😀😂🙌

I called and complained but it didn't go anywhere. I just wasted my money and now stuck with severely damaged hair.. I do not recommend this salon.
