- MCMaya ChicagoJul 10, 20261.0Absolute nightmare. The place smells terrible and they demand payment upfront before we got to the room. My husband and I got a couples massage, and his therapist had zero respect for our quiet time, blasting a single K-pop song on repeat on her phone for 60 min.The hygiene here is completely unacceptable. The massage tables did not have appropriate sheets on them.They only used a thin layer of wax paper and a medium-sized towel to cover the bed.The pillow used for the headrest hole had absolutely no covers on it and was completely gross.To make matters worse, my massage therapist literally farted while working on me.The staff ended the session by having a full-blown screaming match with each other. To top it all off, they bullied and pressured us into tipping them $20 each before we could leave. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and deeply uncomfortable.
- MSMalvi ShahAug 31, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE. accidentally ended up here thinking I was going to the place next door. This place was a joke. Paid $48 for half hour foot/leg massage. Started at 8:20, within the first 10 minutes she was pulled away taking in a new customer, then on the phone, then started massage again while on the phone, then walked away again. Then a new guy came in to take over the job and started the massage 8:34, he then said ok I'm done at 8:45. He then said give me tip. For what?!?!? It was barely a 20 min massage and not a good one. Apparently the right place to go is next door which is Jiang Spa. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL.
