  The massage itself was okay, but unfortunately not very relaxing for me. I specifically asked for no strong pressure, yet some parts were still quite uncomfortable and painful. Communication was also difficult because there was a significant language barrier. What bothered me the most happened at the end. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and when I politely said no and explained that I didn’t have money with me, I was immediately told that they accept Apple Pay. I had to say no again and leave. I found that very pushy and uncomfortable. Tipping should be optional and customers should not feel pressured after they have already declined.

  I didn’t know what to expect from a “Signature Head Therapy” treatment and I was BLOWN AWAY! Nancy, the owner, did an assessment of my scalp and then proceeded to the treatment room. The treatment included massage of my scalp, face, shoulders, upper back, arms, hands and legs with super relaxing hot moist towels throughout the treatment. My hair was shampooed and conditioned, and then styled. I can’t remember the last time I was this relaxed! This spa is a MUST if you are in Chicago and I will definitely be back!

  Trying something new. Chinese head spa. Not what you think lol. I give this 10 out of 10. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend. It begins with a scalp assessment, using an electric microscope on the scalp. It begins with a scalp assessment, using a electric microscope on the scalp.In between the head cleansing, which I’ll get to in a minute, you get an amazing massage of your face, neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands with delicious smelling massage oil. You also get a hot compress on your face your neck and shoulders multiple times throughout the service. That hot damp heat was incredible. The head treatment was dry brushing the scalp, pouring and combing hot water through the hair, two or three shampoos, and a deep conditioner that is activated by a steamer cap on your head. Oh and a shower waterfall over your head. And they dry your hair at the end.

  This was the best scalp / head massage I’ve received. Been to many others and this one, Ling was so gentle, attentive to detail, happy and caring. The whole experience was beautiful, I was genuinely very relaxed and felt catered to in the best ways. HIGHLY recommended! They went above and beyond. I will certainly Be back!

  I had a deep tissue massage, but it definitely was nowhere near as good as other deep tissue massages I have received at the same price point. There was lots of rubbing and pulling of fingers but very little serious deep tissue massage. This is not the place you are looking for; don't be deceived by the other reviews.
