  I got a forward helix with Brittany, and I’m honestly surprised by how little I felt. The whole process was so smooth and easy. Yori held my hand through the whole process, she was cheering me on. Shoutout to Brittany, Yori, and the entire staff!

  My visit was amazing! This location is clean and everyone there seems very nice. I personally love Chloe. She was my piercer the very first time and on my third visit. I will continue going back because of her.

  An Amazing Experience at Studs Gold Coast! 💎✨ I visited Studs in Chicago’s Gold Coast to get my tragus pierced, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lo, Donterio, Yuri, and Chloe! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. My original plan was to get two piercings, but I quickly realized I wasn't quite ready to handle both in one visit! 😂 So, I decided to get my tragus pierced and save my conch for another day. What truly made my experience special was the exceptional customer service, especially from Chloe. She complimented my ring, which sparked a wonderful conversation. We discovered that we had connections through previous employers and shared several similar interests. It felt like I was connecting with a friend rather than simply receiving a service. That personal connection means so much to me, especially when getting a piercing. You want to trust the person performing the procedure, feel comfortable in their care, and know that your safety is their priority. Even while we were chatting, Chloe remained incredibly attentive to cleanliness and sanitation. She consistently changed her gloves, kept her workspace clean and organized, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit.   Appointment now cancelled twice and the second time there was no notification so walk in the rain 30 minutes to be turned away again

  We went during the day on Wednesday August 26, 2026 when they were listed open online. My friend and I arrive there, lights are completely on but nobody was inside. The door was locked, so we knocked on the door because every light was on, no one responded so we resumed shopping at Aritzia, hour later, knocked again and no response at all. No one picked up the phone when we called three separate times. No “we’re on a break” or “closed for the day” sign. The website still allowed you to make appointments during the time we were knocking on the door.
