  The orange haired cashier was rude, unprofessional and lied to me. Tried to get rid of me to help other customers by sending me to phone hotline - the phone hotline does not deal with in-store purchases. She just lied. Nasty and stupid.

  I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for years and have consistently had great experiences at the North Avenue location. Today, I visited a different store to purchase the Supergoop Protectint, but I couldn’t find it. When I asked an associate (tall with purple hair and facial piercings) for help, I was met with a dismissive attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I was told the product is no longer carried, and when I asked about alternatives, the associate listed a few brands and told me to check them out myself. There was no effort to assist beyond that- no guidance, no recommendations, and no attempt to connect me with someone who could help. This was poor customer service, plain and simple. The interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. Your team needs better training and accountability.
