  I came in today feeling very shy and anxious but Sarah helped me figure out a few new things to add to my skin care routine and took the time to ask questions and really understand what I was looking for. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the products she was recommending as well as the fact that she was willing to spend the time to pass that knowledge along to me rather than just giving any recommendation and saying “trust me.” She was really sweet, kind, and respectful. Thank you diva!!!! 🫶🫶🫪🫪

  Hayley at the Southport location recommended a hair mask that was completely inappropriate for my hair type, and it caused significant damage. My hair is virgin, color-treated black hair that needed hydration, yet she recommended a protein-focused mask that left it extremely dry, brittle, and caused noticeable breakage. What makes this even more concerning is that Hayley introduced herself as both a manager and a licensed cosmetologist. Given those credentials, I expected her to understand the difference between hair that needs protein and hair that needs moisture. Instead, I relied on her professional recommendation, and my hair suffered as a result. When I called to express my concerns, there was no apology or acknowledgment that the product may have been the wrong recommendation. She continued insisting it was the correct choice despite the obvious damage to my hair. That lack of accountability was just as disappointing as the recommendation itself. I strongly encourage better training for advisors. If someone isn’t certain which product is appropriate for a customer’s hair, they should not make recommendations that can cause damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location due to the poor product guidance and the lack of concern shown after the damage occurred.

  This store has the worst customer service. They don’t greet you or acknowledge you when you’re shopping. Returning and messing up their conversion is a pleasure. They don’t deserve any business

  Generally unwelcome environment. Some will greet you at the door, others like that short long black haired lady guarding the fragrance section will look you straight in the eye and actively ignore. Do better!!
