  As a first generation American myself, the second episode of Master of None was often very relatable. I often think about my parents’ stories of growing up and establishing themselves in Ukraine, then starting a new life in their late twenties/early thirties. Both of my parents put in so much effort to give my brother and I a good life and it’s difficult to know how to sufficiently thank them for that. However, I do not relate to Dev and Brian not knowing much about their parents, as I am always asking questions and listening to stories.

  This is the Sephora I usually go to since it's on my way home from work, but this time I felt very uncomfortable. The workers kept following me and insisting on helping, even after I clearly told them I already knew what I wanted and would like to browse on my own. I usually enjoy a calm shopping experience where I can take my time (retail therapy, you know), but the moment I walked in, a lady with glasses kept rushing me and following me around the entire store. She wouldn't leave me alone, and I couldn't help but feel targeted for no reason. I felt so uncomfortable that I just checked out my item and left. I couldn't even explore the other products at my own pace, which I love to do to help guide my future purchases. I really hope this gets addressed, because this location is convenient for me and I'd love to keep coming back, just without feeling watched, rushed, and singled out.

  They were all so nice!!! Ask for Marsha, she was so patient and kind with me while looking for a perfume

  Had a great experience at Sephora. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great selection of products. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience!

  I’m going out of my way to write this review, as I was so impressed with the customer service at this location! I’m from Cleveland, OH, and our Sephora locations always have lackluster service….anyway, I stepped into this super busy location needing a few specific things, and I was immediately greeted and assisted by multiple, very cheery and helpful gen Z friends. The CLE Sephora team needs to get some training from this location.
