  If you appreciate random guys coming in to dictate and change your hair dye without consent, this is the place. Random guys, who may or may not be associated with Saraya, have more say than the client. The hairdresser has their back.

  I was visiting from out of town for a conference and booked for a blow-dry - Sam did an incredible job. I do not usually receive many compliments on my hair from physicians but this time literally everyone commented on how great my hair looked. I wanted to go back before I left, but unfortunately did not have the time. I would absolutely recommend Sam. For context, I am an Indian woman with partially curly and frizzy hair, and he was completely spot on in how he handled it. I am not someone who posts reviews often, but the experience was worth sharing especially if you are in town for a conference.

  Sam is the best in hair coloring. I had a fantastic experience and the best in the South Loop!!! He is truly a professional and takes his time to take good care of you. Friends and family trust me on this contact.

  I had such an amazing experience at Saraya Salon! Sam and Jenan did an incredible job on my hair — I got a haircut and a Brazilian blowout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were also kind enough to take me in last minute while I was visiting from out of town, which I really appreciated. The entire experience felt so welcoming and professional. I’ve also been here before with Ayham, who gave me a great haircut — overall, the team here is consistently excellent. Highly recommend Saraya Salon, and especially Sam and Jenan — I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
