  Had my first ear piercing experience here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Special shoutout to Nadia, the nurse who did my piercing, she was so sweet and charming, and made the whole process feel so easy and seamless. I was a little nervous going in, but she made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend! ❤️

  Loved the experience for my 2 month old!!! They were so nice and caring and let me stay a while to calm her down. Definitely worth it!!!

  I brought both of my toddler daughters in for a check up after they had gotten their ears pierced, and we were so fortunate to have Nadia as our tech for their follow up visit. Within about two minutes I could tell she had a NICU background. The way she handled my girls, gentle, patient, completely tuned in to them-is not something you can fake. My one daughter ended up having an infection. She spotted it immediately and helped us understand next steps to getting her back on track. Nadia even followed up proactively to check on my baby girl and make sure she was comfortable. This was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Thank you Nadia!!

  I want to express our wonderful experience for the first time in Rowan. Today, we took our little girl to Rowan for her first ears piercing. This was our first time there since I waited until she was 1. I wanted to do my research to ensure she received proper piercing care for her first piercing in comparison to my own as a baby in the 90s. I am so impressed by Rowan's business with having licensed nurses to pierce peoples' ears compared to places like Claire's. They are sooooo kind and professional. We were late and missed our appointment time but they accommodated us for their closest next availability appointment. I had the pleasure to meet two amazing women. The cashier and our nurse Nadia. They walked us through the jewelry options the appropriate bell backs for her and the process. We were very nervous but they were so kind and understanding. It was a beautiful opportunity to connect with them and well worth the price. Although there were some hiccups, they problem solved so well and supported and guided us from start to finish. I truly enjoyed Nadia and she is so kind and understanding as a mother. It was just such a great experience. I would honestly go back again. Thank you so much Nadia and to the other lovely young lady for your help!
