- ALAmy LoParoMay 11, 20265.0My daughter and I both got our second piercings at this Rowan location, and all the employees, especially the nurse, Alex, were fantastic!! In addition to my 10-year-old daughter, I also had my 7-year-old and infant sons along with me. Everyone was so patient with us and made room in the shop for the stroller and for the boys to watch. They even offered the kids apple juice and lollipops. Such a great experience and one of the highlights of our spring break trip!
- NVNathalie del ValleMay 7, 20261.0advertised a special online for a free piercing to train their nurses, and even changed my appointment to accommodate me for the special. i made it all the way to this store in the rain, cancelling other plans that i had, just to be told once i arrived that they couldn’t honor the special. very dissapointed to say the least.

It says clearly on their website that an appointment is not necessary to change jewelry. I showed up, and they refused to do it since it wasn't the cheap jewelry they sell there (even though I have had the same jewelry each time). They would only help me if I bought new pieces. This new policy should be clearly stated on their website. Avoid this place.

Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
