I now have the hair of my dreams. I will continue coming here for my haircuts as I know I will leave happy with my hair for once!
- CSCarly S.2 days ago5.0Meghan is so very talented and takes great pride in her work, paying close attention to the customer's request and executing it with care. Meghan is one of the only stylists I've been to (and I've been to many seasoned barbers and hairdressers!) who's nailed my tricky hair from the first appt without any learning curve. In addition to this, she is super pleasant and kind, and it's always lovely to sit in her chair. I often find stylists kinda mean or snooty, but Meghan is the sweetest.
- AMAnthony MacateeJun 11, 20261.0Made an appointment as a returning customer, but was in the emergency room for an infection that had spread into my bowls. Was incapacitated and unconscious, so I couldn’t exactly call to cancel the appointment when hospitalized overnight. When I was conscious, after my transport for home recovery, I called to explain the situation (including offering proof of my hospital visit). They informed me I’d be charged the full 100 for the haircut and would not provide any exception. THEN they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I’m sorry, but in what world could I afford an expensive hospital stay and 200 dollars for hair all in the one go? In what world am I able to just spring into a salon chair directly after my body has been put into a blender at the hospital?! How out of touch are you? The hair was already a splurge for me, now it’s just another bill on top of one of the worst nights of my life. Thanks to the team at Reverend Billy’s for being a horrible footnote to a horrific experience.
