- ONOra NorrisJul 1, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience with Restore Wellness regarding the cancellation of my membership. In April, I requested to cancel my membership well within the required cancellation period. For nearly two weeks, I repeatedly contacted the location to complete the cancellation and was consistently told by the front desk receptionist, Hannah, that the manager would call me back. Each time I followed up, I was assured someone would contact me the next day, but I never received a single call. After nearly two weeks of trying to resolve the issue over the phone, I had to go to the location in person just to get my membership canceled. During that visit, I was given verbal confirmation by the manager that my membership had been canceled. When I expressed how frustrating it was that I had to come in after repeatedly trying to handle it over the phone, the manager told me they had been “so busy.” While I understand that businesses can get busy, I did not find that to be an acceptable explanation after weeks of unanswered requests. Despite receiving verbal confirmation that my membership had been canceled, I was still charged. That should never have happened. What is most disappointing is that this situation was completely avoidable. Had someone simply returned one of my calls or processed my cancellation correctly the first time, none of this would have happened. Based on my experience, the communication, follow-through, and membership cancellation process were extremely poor. I hope Restore Wellness improves its customer service and internal processes so future customers don’t have to deal with the same frustration.

The closest to JW Marriott at Adams St is their location at 24 S Halstead St. I was booked at 415PM and decided to make that 20 mins walk for the appointment. Upon arrival, there was no customer and the receptionist was on the phone ( got her name: Kath or Cath at a later time), talking to someone, didnt even acknowledge me. Its not an issue if I had to wait for 10 mins as long as she would at least show gesture that I am there. But about 5 mins in their conversation, the receptionist didnt even look up to me. I feel so belittled and I feel like of all places, I thought Chicago is very diverse and friendly but I feel like I was not welcomed because I am Asian looking, just wearing a shirt. I have been a founding member in Dublin, OH and still a weekly customer at Upper Arlington OH branch and I didnt feel that welcoming environment in Chicago. I left disappointed and walk another 20 mins to my hotel. Kath, its not hard to talk to the phone and smile or make some gesture to acknowledge a booked customer.#Restore

Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Neveskin™ is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Neveskin™- To prepare for Neveskin™ services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for Neveskin™ Shape results, but is also recommended for Neveskin™ Tone.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

As a Restore member you pay member pricing on any additional services and packs you purchase in addition to what's included in your membership. As a member you'll save as much as 30% on any additional service or pack compared with regular pricing. Level Up Membership- Eight (8) Core Services: Cryotherapy (Whole Body or Local), Red Light Therapy, Compression, Infrared Sauna OR Two (2) Base IV Drips, An IV drip with two standard ingredients Our most popular membership! We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.

Core+ Membership- One of each Core service per day Restore studios boast a loyal base of daily clients that utilize Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna to do more of what they love. A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
*All Monthly Memberships are for a three-month minimum commitment period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until terminated or canceled (see Cancellation provision below).
