My son is on the spectrum and it’s very difficult for me to normally do any shopping for myself without having to constantly redirect and keep him from touching things. I came today to get a free face mask after finally having the 5 empty containers and I was super excited as a stop at lush is probably something I only get to do once a year. My son started being himself and once I mentioned to lily that he was autistic, she immediately began to get things together that he could interact with. She let him play with some bath bombs and made him giggle and squeal with glee as I looked over the face masks. My son was so happy and the whole experience was one we don’t often get to have. My son normally deals with judgmental glances or people trying to rush us out of stores bc of his volume. But lily remained kind, cool, collected and helpful the ENTIRE time. From a special needs mom trying to get some self care done THANK YOUUUUU ❤️❤️❤️ it meant the world to me and even more so my son!

Thank you Rae for taking your time to show us the products and giving us time to feel, smell, and create our own immersions of your products. I ended up walking out with a new body wash and the coconut drench massage bar and some sample goodies. Thank you Rae and Lush!
