  I booked an appointment but wasn’t able to make it due to bad weather and a flight cancellation (I was coming into Chicago). They told me if I reschedule, they could waive the 50% cancellation fee since it’s my first time canceling. Fine, so I reschedule on another day and added a pedicure. Then I get a text saying I would still be charged the 50% fee (after they told me I wouldn’t if I rebook). I decided to just cancel all together. The cancellation policy is off putting to loyal customers, especially if i was originally told I wouldn’t be charged if I rebook. I’ll take my business to Tokyo Nails down the street, never have that problems there

  Dasha did an incredible job on my nails! She gave me exactly what I asked for. I’ll never go back to a regular manicure. Highly recommend booking with Dasha!

  whatever you do, do not get the new hire coupon, she went inside my nail with a drill, it still hurts, I’m really sad because this was my favorite nail salon. The pedicure was also not good.

  Angela (Andjela) is extremely talented at what she does! She was so sweet and made me feel very welcomed into the salon. She absolutely killed it with my nails! I have been getting complimented left and right from strangers. I came to Chicago on a quick weekend trip from Cleveland! I usually get them done there but may have to schedule my nail appointments with her when I’m in town because she seriously gave me the best service and best results I’ve had with a Russian Manicure and Smart Pedicure! Book with Angela! You will thank me later.

  the shaping and attention to detail is UNMATCHED, you can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs. Compared to other nail salons I have been to, their consistency and skill level honestly make the price so worth it. Especially since you can go 4+ weeks before your next fill, many of my friends noticed the minimal/natural grow out of my nails after even 5 weeks. The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, they were even kind enough to fit me in for a free fix when I had a small issue with my design colors. I have never wanted to consistently have my nails done until now! I see why they are always fully booked - you really can’t go back once you get a russian manicure & hard gel extensions
