  The young girl with blonde hair I believe named Mary but forgot her second part of her name that was working yesterday was so great and so attentive and ready to sell. Please give her a raise! 10/10 customer service.

  When I first walked in I was ignored by the white staff member while the two other people that were in the store were promptly attended. I expected more from the other staff member that was also a person of color but she also walked right past me and helped the next person that walked in even though I was clearly looking to shop and testing products. It’s a fairly small store which makes ignoring a customer painfully obvious. This was on 4/15 around 3-3:30pm

  i've been to glossier stores in 4 different cities and let me tell you that glossier chicago has the best staff i've ever met!! they're all so friendly and very helpful. especially, alice (if i remembered her name correctly😅) the store itself is smaller than other locations that i've been to but still cute and the products were beautifully presented on the display counter.

  Alyssa was amazing. She really understood my face and skin and recommended products that fit me perfectly. No pushy sales, just great taste and skill. Highly recommend 💄✨
