Her product knowledge is incredible, all off the top of her head and totally tailored to my skin and hair type. She let me try everything I wanted and gave genuinely helpful advice. I have already recommended her to my girlfriends and will absolutely be back.
- DUDrew UApr 13, 20261.0I’ve been a loyal customer and have been using the same SPF for over a year, so I felt comfortable purchasing a new bottle in advance. However, when I recently opened it, I noticed the product had a green tinge, which is not something I’ve ever seen before with this item. While the consistency seemed similar, the color difference made me concerned about a potential issue with the batch or product integrity, and I did not feel comfortable applying it to my face on a daily basis. Tiffany, a staff member, told me that I’m past the return window and that it’s just the way that the pigment didn’t mix/sit in the bottle. Fair enough, but I’m well aware that color shift in SPF can sometimes indicate formulation inconsistency, oxidation, or improper storage, which is not always unsafe, but definitely worth questioning. I’m not attempting to get a refund for my product, or even exchange it for a different one, I just needed the same product without a possible bacterial contamination or manufacturing issue. Although the product was eventually exchanged, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy as a longtime customer.
