  I can't say enough good things about Areta and her amazing work! I have very thin, fine hair that would never grow longer than my shoulders. I was initially hesitant to try extensions but Areta made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Her work is amazing and I feel confident and beautiful in a way I never have before. I am hooked and even after moving out of state I travel back to Areta to get my hair done. Her work is perfection. My hair is long, thick, and very natural looking. She is the best in the business!

  I first started getting hair extensions about 4 years ago since I have noticed my hair is thinning and I don’t have a lot of it either. I started with tape-in extensions. I wasn’t so happy with the 2nd tape-in extension stylist so I found another Salon called Chicago Extensions where I met Areta. I went in for a consult and she suggested based on my hair type to try fusion keratin bond extensions. Why not I said. We selected the colors and she removed my tape-ins so I could get my hair highlighted. I came back to her and my hair was so much lighter than the extension colors that we picked. She was very accommodating and we were able to order a different color that arrived a few days later. After the installation she trimmed the extensions to blend in with my natural hair. It was a great experience and I loved what she did. The extension colors that we picked added more dimension to my hair and I could wear my hair up unlike when I had tape ins. When I needed to go back I found out she no longer worked at Chicago Extensions. Luckily as I was scrolling through emails and text appointment reminders I found Areta’s mobile number. It was great to re-connect with her and to hear she started her own business with her sister. Their location is easy to get to with plenty of street parking. Appointments are easy to schedule with her and she is flexible. Her salon space that she shares with her sister has touches of glam and is clean. I appreciate that she works with my hair type which is fine thin hair that is a closed fist amount when I hold my ponytail; and not try to upsell me to add way more extensions where it would look unnatural for me to have so much hair. It’s always a pleasant experience to chat with her while she installs my extensions; avoiding me getting antsy wanting to leave because it’s taking too long. I’m so glad I found her!

  I'm so grateful to have found Chicago Extension Twins to help bring my burned and broken hair strands and transformed them it into a rich and full and lush head of hair (using extensions) that I could have only dreamed of having. Honestly a dream come true. My picture doesn't even to this transformation justice. I'm so happy and feel so pretty now. I will most definitely be back and this service is worth every penny.
