  WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I called for bob briads and was told 180 - 200 I said give me what’s for 180. That got me different size braids, some skinny & some fat, some twisted and bent at the start of the briads and feeling sores in my head . One side is full and the other side has lesser briads. The vibe was off mind you I work overnight and came straight there at 8:30am I was told this job would take 4-6 hrs so I booked my ride home according to what I was told. How about my rides come and I’m still in the chair ! Paid for and I live in blue island my ride was canceled. I was followed out side like I was gone run off and leave all my things in there. Anyone who reads this stop giving away your money. Don’t NEVER PAY TILL YOIR SERVICE IS DONE & IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SOMETHING MAKE THEM FIX IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. If you give your money here and don’t expect a refund cause they don’t do refunds !!! Do the same as you would do a beautician or a barber ok no one is different here. Hey some might like but I personally will never come back.

  Time+price+work ethics+Style results = I'm going back. The location is nice as well. Staff is nice. No issues. They make sure to satisfy the client. 😌

  - Not professional - The building is filthy - Not sure the woman’s name but she can’t braid or part. My braids were not braided to the end or tied off. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH GEL PUT IN MY HAIR TO BRAID. You can see my hair sticking out the braids, it’s not tucked in. - They refused my $10 off that is stated in the website for booking Monday thru Thursday (my appointment was on Monday) - Overall I will not be returning
