Not only is she super talented and pays close attention to detail, she also has the best personality, makes you feel comfortable and truly cares about you and the work that she does. I really like how she maps the brows and also shows you the progress after one brow is done to make sure you’re happy before moving on. She’s also very knowledgeable and she gave me a mirror to hold as she showed me how to fill in my brows. I was never properly taught the right techniques and without me even asking, she took it upon herself to teach me. No one’s ever gone above and beyond like that. Highly recommend!

- ASAnne Marie SpeharApr 17, 20261.0I would give this no stars if I could. I have been a loyal Benefit Brow Bar for decades at both the Benefit Brow Bar State Street and Armitage locations. I was 5 minutes late since parking is terrible on Armitage. Carol the manager yelled at me that I was late, and that they could only do a wax, but not a tint. There were no employees to even do the service, and one of the techs walked in 10 minutes late. I said that they should be able to accommodate the full service, and that I could take my service elsewhere in the future. She said that they would not provide any service and told me to leave the store. Carol has no sense of customer service and the experience is the rudest I have ever been treated at a Benefit Brow Bar, not to mention at any service provider. Benefit Brow Bars used to be amazing and it once was a wonderful experience, but the Armitage management is so rude and disrespectful to customers. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere to get your brows done than here so you can avoid being "browbeaten" by Carol. She is scary. Not the relaxing atmosphere anyone wants when they are trying to have a spa experience and have their brows done. I will be going elsewhere to have my brows done, and I recommend others do the same.

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
