  I was so pleased with my service at this salon and they made my dreams come true by helping me become blonde. My stylist was Krysta and I also recommend Vanessa HIGHLY. They were so kind and informative.

  Krysta was so kind and warm and did a great job on my cut as well as gave me some easy styling and product tips! All the staff there was very friendly and professional and the salon itself is very cozy and nicely decorated.

  Zero transparency with pricing. Advertising $80 haircuts to then be charged $180 because of the stylist. My wife was so excited to get her haircut and was crushed but the lack of attention from the stylist and little to no difference in her hair. I personally go to Supercuts and the price they advertise is the price you pay. No funny business like here. I hope others see this and don’t make the mistake of going or at least double confirm over the phone they are actually providing an $80 haircut. My suggestion, go to Supercuts because at least they’re honest.

  I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in pricing and the amount of time I was required to wait for my appointment. There is a rate of 81$+ for women's haircuts. The online booking platform for booking was glitching so I called to make an appointment. I was told there was an opening so I took it. I was booked with a stylist that starts at 180$ without being informed. I dont think this is good practice. The consumer should not be kept in the dark like that. There is no transparent pricing on their website, and that is not right. Then, my appointment was at noon (wedding day by the way). I was called by the salon and asked to come in at 1215 instead, totally fine! I appreciated the call. However, I showed up at 1215 and was still waiting until 1240 when I finally said something. The stylist was taking her time chatting casually with her client while still putting dye in her hair 30 minutes after my start time. I love that the stylist seemed to have a nice relationship with that client and did not rush her, but there seems to either be a lack of time management happening. My time is valuable and it was especially valuable on that day. I had to be on the road by 115 because I had a tight schedule. My appointment was rushed and honestly the quality of the work was not good. For 180$. Plus tip so over 200$. On my wedding day. 2 stars because stylist was very sweet.
