  To say I’m devastated would be an understatement. I booked an appointment here with Holly to get an all-over platinum blonde dye job with the plan to get a peekaboo rainbow next session. I didn’t know that she hadn’t had the class on applying product directly to the scalp and “probably didn’t feel comfortable with it” according to the lead that I talked to afterwards. Had I known, I would have asked if it would be possible to book with someone else. It took 6 HOURS and 9 bowls of product to dye my above shoulder length hair which is INSANE to me. I had my hair bleached before when it was longer (down to my mid back) and fuller than it is now (I now have alopecia) and it took 3 hours and 3 bowls of product. As stated earlier, Holly did not apply the product directly to my scalp, but instead did a full head of foil which left me when uneven color, undyed roots, and plenty of spots where she missed with the dye. My hair looks dirty and streaky and I legit can’t stop crying when I think about having to go to work like this until I get it fixed. I really hope they are able to fix this mistake, but until then I cannot in all good conscience, recommend this salon.

  My Daughter's and I see Stephanie for our cuts and hilights, and she's amazing! In the mood to talk? Great! Want to sit in silence and read a book? Great! She gets it! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

  Oh boy. Beware if you have issues that happen in your life and cancel your appointment! They will charge you 50% for me that is $100...I will never go back. Oh and they said I needed to give 24 hours notice. I called at 1:00 PM Monday and my appointment was at 1:00 PM Tuesday was within that time frame....Thieves. Ugh! Hate that this brought my blood pressure up, but it did. UPDATE: text I received... Hello We spoke to you earlier about rescheduling your appointment, after speaking with the owner we decided to not charge you. Although, when making future appointments we do require a card on fille. NOPE NOT HAPPENING. I have always paid and tipped well. And already found another person who is less expensive. So sometimes things are just meant to be. Blood pressure normal again. Just be aware of this practice of having your card on file too.

  I accompanied a friend to her appointment at Style and Grace a couple weeks ago and what I witnessed was enough for us to never return. While my friend got her hair done, I sat in the waiting area and was close enough to the reception desk that I could overhear their conversations. While I was waiting, a stylist walked up to one of the receptionists and asked her to schedule an appointment. The receptionist attempted to schedule the appointment and told the stylist that she could not schedule it because something was wrong with the system. The stylist asked the receptionist to try again, and she seemed to be already getting irritated. The receptionist said she couldn’t schedule the appointment and the stylist turned to one of the other girls behind the desk and said “can you help me schedule this because she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing.” The look on the poor receptionist’s face was awful and I felt terribly bad for her. If this is how the stylists treat their own coworkers to their face, I can’t imagine what they say about their clients behind their backs. My friend and I will not be returning.
