    I had a terrible experience with this Sephora location. I received a perfume sampling set with a voucher recently as a gift. I decided I’d like to redeem the gift while on campus, so I went into the Sephora to redeem it. I was equipped with the bar Code, exact perfume I wanted, order confirmation, and order number. When I showed this to the employee, they were extremely rude and REFUSED any service because they “needed” the piece of paper (which I had a picture of). When asked why and what the difference was between the barcode on my phone and the one the physical paper would have, they gave no clear answer and simply said “because we said so.” So, I stepped 2 feet outside of the store to call customer service. Customer service was much more helpful than the two rude workers inside. Within 5 minutes, the customer service worker had put an order in for me for in store pickup. When I went back into the store to pick up my perfume, the worker (standing around with another worker talking about their nails) refused to give me my order and said that it won’t be ready until the next morning (WRONG!!!). 10 minutes later, I was notified that my order is complete. I went to pick it up and the 2 rude workers were hiding in another part of the store, most likely out of complete embarrassment😂 Unbelievable that these two workers are still employed. They should be fired immediately, especially the manager for having no clue what she was talking about. Not sure if this was their first day on the job or what, but that was unbelievable.

    I had a deeply unsettling experience at Market place shopping center on March 13 at roughly 7 PM. I was looking for assistance and was met with dismissive, cold behavior by a younger white employee with light brown hair covering her name tag. When I politely asked for help, I was given a side-eye and told 'no' before she walked away. This behavior left me feeling targeted and humiliated. In a time where we expect equality, this type of prejudice and rude behavior is shocking. I am hoping management reviews camera footage from this time to identify this employee and address her behavior, as it was discriminatory and disrespectful and behaved in a prejudiced manner, leaving me feeling unsafe and unwelcome. She then neglected her duties to talk to friends/acquaintances. I would like a manager to follow up on this incident.

    I went to Sephora today, and Jazmin helped me find a concealer(s) and foundation/skin tint and when I mentioned that I would look for contour some other time, she gave a fun smirk;) and introduced me to some cream contours and blushes that I think I’ll get later on:) Thank you Jazmin:)!!
