  I used to love coming to this place, but the staff has become so stuck up. Like… I don’t understand where customer service went. We are women coming to spend money and it’s the easiest sale you could have. I don’t kno if it’s just because they know they’re hitting their numbers. Either way, the only one I had a great experience with was loreilai. She is always kind and welcoming.

  Burr Ridge IL location has the most unprofessional employees very rude and unfriendly people I stopped by today to make a return and this African lady was so rude and it really looks like she didn’t want to help me or I don’t know what the problem was I hope they can be able to hire people with customer service skills.

  Professional friendly staff I wish I got the name of the ladies who helped me with the hair product choices, and the other lady who did the online order, the store was all clean،, well maintained, all stations had alcohol to sanitize with cotton swabs and sponges.

  This was the worst store and customer service I’ve ever received. The associate could not get the gift card to work (either with her system or the card neither was relied to me) she asked me “where I got this from” “how old is this” even though “it doesn’t expire” she told me. Then after 3 minutes she informed me I would have to go to where I received this giftcard from and can’t use this here (without offering any explanation as to why it wouldn’t work).There was 4 workers walking around the store doing absolutely nothing who could’ve helped and offered some assistance or told us what the problem was. This was the most poorly run store I have ever encountered, no one knew what they were doing and it was a complete mess.
