    Waited for service and no one came to ask if they could help, very bad customer service. Asked an employee for help she said she was going to the back and did not ask another employee to help. I wont be back

    I used to love coming to this place, but the staff has become so stuck up. Like… I don’t understand where customer service went. We are women coming to spend money and it’s the easiest sale you could have. I don’t kno if it’s just because they know they’re hitting their numbers. Either way, the only one I had a great experience with was loreilai. She is always kind and welcoming.
