- JLJennifer Long5 days ago1.0I was there today and witnessed a manager laying into an employee about not being pushy enough to get customers to sign up for their rewards. She made this poor girl cry on the floor. What kind of manager has a discussion like that where customers can witness someone being told they aren’t good enough at their job? Go to the office and handle it like a professional. Another customer witnessed it and actually said something to the manager about the treatment of this employee. I hope she finds a place to work that doesn’t allow management to bully the younger generation who is just trying to work. I will NEVER step foot into kohls or Sephora in Bradley.
