Terrible Mario location. I was so disappointed with my recent experience with senior stylist Stephanie. I was excited about getting my hair cut and had left work early for my appointment, I get there 10 mins early and after waiting about 15 mins, Stephanie approaches me and tells me that she’s running 45 mins behind due to adding on extra services! She didn’t seem apologetic or sincere, just very careless attitude, she could have Called me earlier and not waited until well after my appointment time. I do not recommend this salon at all, the staff did not offer me any help finding another appointment they really don’t care here. I will not be recommending this location.

Hello,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent haircut service I received at your salon.
I had an appointment with Michelle and explained that I wanted a shorter haircut with layers to add volume to my hair. I specifically mentioned that I wanted the front to be shorter while keeping more length in the back. I have long, thin, damaged hair, and my goal was to create a fuller, layered look.
Unfortunately, the result was very different from what I requested. My hair was cut much shorter than I expected, and there are little to no layers. Instead of a layered, voluminous style, my hair now looks like a straight short haircut. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding during the consultation, but I am extremely upset with the outcome.
I was charged $100 for this service, and I do not feel that I received the haircut I requested. I am not comfortable returning to the same stylist, but I would appreciate knowing what options are available to help resolve this situation. Whether that is a consultation with another stylist, a corrective service, or another form of accommodation, I would appreciate your assistance.
Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I look forward to hearing from you.

Genuinely the rudest staff and results were terrible. I went in for a consultation before dying my hair and I had Megan. Do NOT take her she’s super rude and condescending. Take anyone else. I have black hair and saw online that we are able to get slight highlights with no bleach. After discussing that with her, she made the rudest faces and genuinely was so uncomfortable to speak with. I thought a consultation is so customers don’t blindly bleach their entire head and feel good with moving forward with the service as opposed to having rude staff. For example, I asked Megan about dying options since I wanted least damage in my hair and she made comments like “if that was the case we wouldn’t have a business” in the RUDEST tone ever. Anyone would feel uncomfortable asking follow up questions. Additionally, Megan did my gloss. Absolutely nothing changed in the shininess of my hair. Secondly, the lady who cut my hair, did an amazing haircut but also had rude remarks. I genuinely just am not sure if that’s just the culture of this salon and how they speak to customers. Like I asked her to leave my bangs a little longer and she proceeded to cut them short. I told her that too short bangs don’t look good on me and she goes “are you the professional or am i.” After my entire service I was genuinely so upset bc of the consistent rude energy. And my friend, who also dyes her hair, recommended I go to her salon from now on. Sometimes a family owned, polite staffed, salon is better than a large chain!!!

I gave in to the Facebook ads for a blowout and cut special and was assigned to Giavana. What a great experience! I wish I took more pictures that weekend because my hair looked and felt amazing! She completely understood my texture and did a wonderful job on the blowout. My hair felt so healthy and shiny and bouncy in all the right ways! The experience was so good, I booked a pedicure there the next day! Will definitely be back!
