  Had an annoying experience at Ulta swatching an Estée Lauder product that just didn’t look good on me, and the employee helping me didn’t listen to my concerns or help me try out other products because she was likely an Estée Lauder rep. I originally asked to try the It Cosmetics CC+ cream, but that was ignored and I was shoehorned into Estée Lauder. I go to Sephora to try out some skin tints that I was curious about instead and expressed my frustration with my experience at Ulta. I had on a test swatch of the offending product and employee Wendy made me feel less like I was crazy and confirmed that yeah, that product definitely looked busted on me, when the Ulta employee basically said that all dewy products would look like that unless I dermaplane. Wendy took great care to use a moisturizer before testing out these products so I had a decent base to work off of, and actually helped me test out products that I explicitly asked for, instead of trying to get me to try one specific brand only. I walked out with something that I love and feel great in and now I’m set on Sephora being my go to cosmetics store, because I actually felt listened to there.

  Love this Sephora location! The staff is always super nice and really helpful! The items I need are typically in stock. Super clean and organized. Highly recommend!

  Great location with plenty of parking. This is a stand-alone store in a shopping center, very spacious and organized. Even on the busiest days I visited the staff is available and helpful. The store is well stocked and carries brands not seen in smaller stores. I appreciate how they tend to have the full line of a lot of brands although there are some missing. When in the area I make it a point to stop here, by far my favorite Sephora.

  Employee Aafia was really nice and helped me find my shade match. The store was also well stocked and clean. They have a lot of Korean skincare brands I previously had to drive far for, now I can buy them here!

  recently visited this Sephora just to pick up one item. I waited in line for ten minutes and I wasn’t even acknowledged and there were three people waiting in line to check out. I ultimately left
