- HSHope SalazarApr 4, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in around 7:45 PM, knowing the mall closes at 8, just to quickly grab a Too Faced product and a blush. As soon as I walked in, an employee immediately said, “We’re closed.” Confused, I checked the time and asked, “You’re closed?” She then responded, “We close in 5 minutes.” That interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I understand stores prepare to close, but turning customers away before closing time, especially without offering help or even basic courtesy, is poor customer service. Management should address this. If this is how customers are treated before closing, it’s a bigger issue than just one interaction. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Sephora instead.

Me and my sister went there because we love the manager there and other staff was nice to us and help us out picking products. We live really far away about an hour trip minimum, so we like to shop there once in a while. When I asked for the price, Illiana threw the phone down and gave me an attitude problem. She assumed we were “resellers” for some reason I dont even know why, just because we bought 5 products from being far away ?? I will report Illiana to the manager!
