  Great selection of items! Only problem is you have to nearly beg for the staff to help you and when they do it’s such an inconvenience for them. They are so rude. She was on her phone with a relative I guess it was my fault for coming in the store.

  I have STOPPED at this Cosmetic Company Store about 3 times. I truly in MY HEART think that EVERYONE hired to work at this particular location are TOLD to be RUDE to all the customers who walks through the door. Each and everytime I have stopped into this location the rudeness is CRAZY for NO REASON! I was told just yesterday NOT to even touch testers which is WILD to me. It’s already “no return” so I can’t touch a tester either?!? WILD the associate even stood there and just WATCHED ME and WE just blinked our eyes at each other! I was so LOST of words to even say to her! I had to walk off because I was not about to waste my breath on someone who don’t give 2 cents about humans. I will NEVER spend MY money at this location again! I have shopped at much better locations! The energy and rudeness is CRAZY 3 times on EACH visit is ENOUGH for me NOT to ever RETURN! I hope the company really look into this location!!!!!!!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel it needs to be addressed. The associate, “Angelica G,” had an extremely rude and confrontational attitude not only toward me, but toward other customers in the store and even while speaking on the phone. I came into the store the first time simply to ask about pricing on a specific item, and from the start she was dismissive and argumentative. My husband even commented afterward that he was surprised I wanted to return because of how poorly I was treated. When I came back later to purchase the item, I tried to be polite and asked if she was having a good day. Instead of de-escalating or correcting the tone of the interaction, the situation turned into an unnecessary argument. Her behavior became so aggressive that it genuinely felt like it could have turned into a physical altercation. What was most concerning was that she repeatedly came back into the store area to continue arguing with me instead of letting the situation go. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in customer service and honestly needs immediate retraining and management attention. I’ve also reached out to their district manager but have yet to hear back after multiple attempts.

  Drove almost 1 hour to find the store closed due to staffing!!! No message, no sign on the door!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in around 7:45 PM, knowing the mall closes at 8, just to quickly grab a Too Faced product and a blush. As soon as I walked in, an employee immediately said, “We’re closed.” Confused, I checked the time and asked, “You’re closed?” She then responded, “We close in 5 minutes.” That interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. I understand stores prepare to close, but turning customers away before closing time, especially without offering help or even basic courtesy, is poor customer service. Management should address this. If this is how customers are treated before closing, it’s a bigger issue than just one interaction. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Sephora instead.
