- EEEdsonMay 10, 20262.0Staff was kinda rude, plus they would close earlier than their normal schedule, the store is still open, they just close their mall doors, it doesn't make sense. I would recommend Macy's more than this, they just beat them in almost every way, the only thing this JCPenny beats them at is their specification of their directory, they have an actual map.
- JHJoy HowardSep 5, 20221.0I was somewhat disappointed with the service I received this past weekend. First I had a set appointment. The stylist was 30 minutes lates. Professionalism would dictate notifying your next appointment that you were running behind. The receptionist could have notified me. Then the stylist didn't tell me ahead of time that she changed a $20 fee to detangle. Had I known ahead of time I would have done it. Then after a close inspection of my hair when I got home, a trim of between 2-3 inches ended up being a complete hack. My once back length hair is now shoulder length. I didn't ask for that. She also kept pushing other services. I didn't want any more of my hair cut off. I disappointed and will not use that stylist again. While I did tip the stylist, it was a mistake.
