- JHJeff Henslee4 days ago2.0I’ve used Great Clips for several years now and it’s been hard find a regular person to cut my hair. Marie used to be at this location but left a couple of years ago. They have on my profile to use a number 3 comb on the sides and back and to scissor cut the blend and top. Any time, like today, I get a new stylist I tell them, specifically, to use a 3 on the sides and back and to SCISSOR CUT THE BLEND and top. Do you think that the stylist listened to me? No!! She went ahead and used clippers to cut the sides, back and blend. Then used scissors to cut the top only. I’d have said something while I was there but I was in a time crunch. Could I have said something while she was cutting my hair, sure, but because she went from the sides and back right to the blend with the clippers the harm was already done!! Listen to your clients, your customers, the people who pay for your services!! How hard is that?? Damn it!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
