  TRICOCCI SALON HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ***Not their fault for one stylist, but beware. Just spent $90 on a hair cut by Lana and could have done this myself with a dull box cutter. 😭 I don't even know why I still tipped her. I should have known after the cut and style only took 28 minutes 😫🤦🏻‍♀️ AND she burned my scalp while drying my hair. I actually stopped going to Tricoco but I came back here because Chriss was great, but she is no longer there so I had Carmen. She was also very good, but not available (I scheduled appointment more than 2 months in advance, but needed a cut due to business things to attend to in the next few weeks). Despite this one experience, I'm very satisfied and appreciate of how it was handled after the fact.

  Alicia is great for hair color. Would highly recommend! I am growing out my silver hair but she would be my first preference if I were to need color again. With that being said though I would recommend a manager on the floor because some of the services are not so great.

  I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. For the past 2 or 3 of her visits, I had to call and schedule a second appointment for them to fix the job; it's either the haircut or the color is not what was shown and wanted. I don't know why they can't do the job right. It is frustrating that even if we try different technicians, they still can't get the job done right. I appreciate that they offer to reschedule a re-visit sooner, but it could have saved both of us time and effort if it was done right the first time. And now we have to wait for my daughter's hair to grow or fades naturally before we could recolor. Maybe your technicians need to pay more attention to your customers' wishes.

  I have been going to Tammy for about two years now. She has made me feel so beautiful each time I leave her chair. She listens to how I’d like my hair to be styled and explains what she is doing along the way. She has had great suggestions on what kind of style would best suit my face as well. An added bonus is she gives an amazing scalp massage while shampooing my hair.
