  Honestly one of the most disappointing Sephora experiences I’ve had. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. Employees were behind the register on their phones, more focused on laughing and scrolling than acknowledging customers. I asked for help finding a product, and one employee did assist me initially and said she would “check in the back.” She then left me standing there for 5 minutes and never returned with an answer or any update. I had to go back up to the register myself to ask “So do you guys have it in stock?” to which she just replied “Oh no sorry” as if it wasn’t a big deal that I was just there waiting. The employees were still on their phones and gave a very dismissive response like it was no big deal. Overall, it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. I was ready to spend over $150 but left without buying anything because the service was so disengaged and unprofessional.
