  I just called the Algonquin Sephora to ask about availability of a birthday gift item and although they didn't have the set I was looking for, the employee on the phone was so incredibly kind and helpful that I had to write a review. I've read that many Sephoras have been bombarded with phone calls about the specific set I was asking about that is in store only, so I felt bad even calling/asking, but I really appreciate how wonderful the employee was and even wished me a happy belated birthday. I only wish I asked her name but if you read this review and just took my call at 12:15 on 8/6 about the gisou birthday set, please know your customer service is exceptional and you made my day with your positivity!! I don't live close, but will definitely go out of my way to shop at this location due to my experience on the phone today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! 💝

  Will made my shopping experience exceptional from the moment I walked in! He greeted me right away and made me feel so welcome. He even offered to help me find a lip product I’d been searching for, and his knowledge and honesty made choosing the right one so easy.   The staff working here are the best. I have never had a bad experience shopping here, and I cannot say the same about the Ulta across the street. Plus I love Sephora's green initiatives. Go Sephora!

  I’m so happy there is finally a stand alone Sephora near me. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. I feel super welcomed every time I walk in. I will continue to shop here for all my beauty products
