We checked in online, saw that we were about an hour and 15 minutes out from an appointment, we ran errands and then received a text 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. Super simple. Price was also great
- HDHeather DayMay 7, 20265.0I got a haircut yesterday and it is so cute! Both ladies in there were so nice, even the one not cutting my hair made me feel really welcome. Thank you for the lovely cut and conversation. I have to say though, the door to get in the place was so heavy, I thought the place was closed and I was accidentally getting in after hours. It is broke. It slams shut real fast and if I were with my mom, and that door slammed shut on her, she could get hurt.

So I did that and then they proceeded to make me wait for an hour and a half whole everyone who had appointments went in before me. I walked out eventually without my haircut for them to call me 20 minutes later. It was one of the most stressful and overwhelming situations I've ever been put in by "professionals." It took me quite a while to even be able to post a review about it.
