We could’ve paid $20 at Claire's and the teenagers there wouldn’t have spent an hour hyping my child up to NOT have her ears pierced for $120. Some “professionals”

My 5-year-old was excited and well-prepared for her ear piercing appointment. We specifically booked the needle piercing option because we understood it to be less traumatic and more comfortable than other methods. However, as soon as we arrived, we felt pressured to change our decision despite having researched and selected that option in advance. We chose this business because we wanted our daughter's ears pierced correctly by qualified professionals, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. The staff's attitude was disappointing, and the piercing outcome left us concerned about whether proper care and technique were prioritized. After spending $120 and leaving with only one earring pierced, the experience felt like a significant waste of both time and money. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve the experience for future customers, especially young children and their families.

I brought my 6-year-old daughter to Rowan to get her ears pierced and initially had a good experience, which makes what happened afterward even more disappointing. About 5 weeks later, the front of one of her earrings completely fell out. These were not cheap earrings — I paid $108 per earring — so naturally I went back to ask if there was any kind of warranty or replacement policy. I was told there is a warranty, but only within 30 days, so because we were just past that point, there was “nothing they could do.” What frustrated me most was how dismissive the staff was. When I asked how a $100 earring could simply fall apart and what I could do to prevent it from happening again, I was basically told “it just happens.” That is not an acceptable answer for jewelry at this price point, especially for a child. I also asked about the shorter backs they told us to come back for after healing, since I thought maybe that could help prevent the earrings from falling out. The nurse responded, “Yeah, they’re $25 each, we would’ve told you that when we pierced.” The tone was rude, and we absolutely were never told there would be an additional charge. In the end, I spent nearly $300 originally for the piercing appointment and jewelry, then had to spend another $100+ replacing an earring after barely over a month. For the prices they charge, I expected far better quality and customer service.

decided I would get my ears pierced again at this place because they had 18 karat gold and diamond. So expensive and I was told it was because the price increased in 18 karat though there’s very little there and to top it off, the backs on the earrings are not 18 karat. so I called this morning, and the gal told me the reason why is their titanium backs provide easy healing and are more hypoallergenic which makes no sense because they would want the post to be made from titanium if they wanted proper healing not the backs. so just be informed when you go there. I would’ve opted with just stainless steel or titanium earrings and then replaced them with much less expensive and higher end diamond and 18 karat gold earrings which I have at home once they were healed. And I will agree with other people that have posted that the people are a little bit standoffish. But it is what it is.
