  Really unimpressed with my experience today. I booked a 2-hour massage for $140, and because payment was required before the service, I also tipped $20 beforehand. The appointment started about 10 minutes late and ended almost 20 minutes early. A large portion of the massage was done over the sheet with no lotion or oil, which felt uncomfortable and not like the service I expected. I understand technique can vary, but it went on for a long time. The biggest concern was privacy. The door was propped open for a fan, the room stayed bright, and my body was uncovered at times while the door was open. That felt very inappropriate. The therapist also sat on the bed while massaging, which made it seem like she was fatigued. Most of the time was spent on my upper back, which does feel better, but the work on my lower back and neck felt like painful digging and both areas hurt worse this evening. I do appreciate that they fit me in last minute, but overall this did not feel professional or worth the cost.

  After a two year search and many mediocre massages, I have finally found a place that knows how to do a proper deep tissue massage.

  I just had an amazing 90-minute massage at Lotus Massage and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. The therapist was super attentive and genuinely caring right from the beginning. I told her my shoulders and lower back had been killing me for weeks, and she really listened and focused exactly on those tight, sore spots. Her pressure was perfect – firm enough to work out the knots, but never crossing into painful territory. She used a great mix of long flowing strokes and targeted deep tissue work, and she kept checking in with me, adjusting based on how my body responded. You could tell she really put her heart into it. By the end, my shoulders felt so much looser, and the constant ache in my lower back had eased up a ton. I walked out feeling lighter, more relaxed, and able to move without that nagging stiffness. It’s not just the technique – it’s the thoughtfulness and care she put into every moment that made it special. Huge thank you to the wonderful therapist at Lotus Massage! You seriously made my day and helped my body so much. I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for real relief and a caring touch, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🙌

  Everything was ok until I leave a tip and get disgusted look and a that’s it ? Then a you do you after telling her I didn’t know how much was normal. Will not go back you get paid for your job besides the tip. Do not recommend

  The price must be low for a reason. I received a massage here a couple of months ago. First, they put down a sheet similar to a toilet seat protector, on the headrest, which makes me think they don't wash sheets between clients. Then they tell me to please keep my underwear on when changing (why would I not?!). And never asked any questions about pain I had or what I was looking for. I could hear people very clealry talking in the lobby and, upon flipping over, saw the door to the room was cracked open to where people may be able to see me. The massage itself was incredibly painful and miserable. When I asked for her to go lighter, she didnt understand what I was asking. She also had some earpiece in like she was listening to audio and I could hear it. I said ow multiple times. I felt so violated that the door was open enough that people could see me if they walked by. All in all, I wish I had stopped the massage and left.
