  The massage chairs are overly intense. I have heard complaints and requests for help on lowering intensity by other patrons on two separate occasions. On my third trip into the facility, I ended up in the complaint chair. I returned with bruises and the staff quite literally laughed at said, "yeah, the chairs are a little intense." It's not a spa-like environment when you suffer injuries in the massage chair. It would have been easy to show empathy or offer to have the techs come out and check or sit your own butt in it for a test drive. I didn't want compensation; I didn't want anything but to keep other customers safe. There are other places in our area for an IV which are hopefully safer and manned by kinder staff. I can't put photos because it's my buttocks and there aren't stickers to block it out, but I did submit photos to the state licensing office in a formal complaint.

  Had my first appointment here today, I was sincerely welcomed upon entrance. Quickly taken back where I felt like my needs were heard, valued and the nurse took her time explaining everything in detail with me. She made great suggestions again based on my needs. Once I was ready, my vitals were taken and then I was led into a quiet room while my iv was in I was able to enjoy a water with electrolytes and a massage chair. The lighteing was amazing and great for an overall relaxing experience. At the end I was able to pay and sign up for a membership. I was not pressured in anyway and I again felt valued by everyone there. Thanks again and I will be back again soon.

  I had an amazing experience at the Coeur d'Alene Prime IV! The atmosphere was calming from the moment I walked in, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. I tried their IV therapy and felt refreshed, hydrated, and energized afterward. The whole visit was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

  Great time at Prime IV tonight with my wife. The staffing is amazing! We left feeling rejuvenated and happy. Oh and the Massage chairs are next level!

  I had an amazing experience at Prime IV! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. The IV therapy was top-notch, leaving me refreshed and energized. Two thumbs up for their excellent service and relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommend! 👍👍
