Got a missed call yesterday after calling I think almost a week ago, tried calling twice only for the first one to seem like I was being placed on hold and then hung up on, and so I called a second time and the elevator music was playing and then it sounded like someone picked up and the hung up on me again. Didn't even get to get the buisness started. Guess I'll take my buisness elsewhere. 🤷‍♀️

Hour gone, morning ruined, and no resolution to our problems! The worst thing is it’s not the first or second time it’s happened to us. We are finding a new provider that takes our time seriously.
