- MMMary1 day ago2.0Got in within 5 minutes of walking into the building (I’d checked in online beforehand). Stylist said she was ready for me. I showed her the style I wanted and she said ‘Nope. I can’t do that.’ It was a simple style 🤦🏻♀️ She cut my hair removed the cape and said ‘you’re done.’ I’m definitely used to the stylists in central Minnesota as they’re friendly and they style your hair before you leave…
- SSSeanMay 8, 20261.0I've used this Great Clips for about 3 years. They give perfectly passable haircuts. This review probably won't apply to most people but I felt it needed to be said. I was finishing up with my most recent visit when a different stylist looked over at me and said, "oh my goodness, do you have a disease?" I have something called Gilbert's Syndrome and the only thing that it does is make me slightly jaundiced. I have always been very self conscious about it but I explained what it was and that it is harmless. The stylist then asked if she could pray for me. I'm not religious but I just wanted to leave at this point so I said sure. She then extended her hand and introduced herself and I raised my hand to meet her's thinking it was just a handshake but she grabbed my hand with both of her hands and started loudly praying in the middle of the store about how I needed God to heal me from this terrible (harmless) medical condition. I was completely mortified. I think my stylist might have been embarrassed as well because she had gone into another room. After I was released, I waited about 10 minutes at the unmanned register in front of a bunch of people that saw this unfold before someone finally realized that I hadn't payed. Needless to say, I can't go back to this location. If I want to continue using Great Clips I now have to drive significantly farther.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
