  I got my daughter’s hair straightened for a great price along with a haircut for my son , highly recommend isabella shook!! She did an awesome job! And is super sweet :) defo booking with her again

  Terrible...The blowout was a 5 min blow dry. I walked out wet. My hair looks like I never got it cut or fixed. It took forever! It cost $50. Sucks will never go back! Response to reply: if sincerely apologetic, then I would like a refund. I am a great JCP customer. I think it is the least you guys can do for wasting our time and not providing service requested.

  The salon is open for selected services. Only seen 1 beautician and 1 working the register they do have masks on and JCPenneys does have a ton of sanitizer everywhere!! Only con is they have a very small supply of anything in the store! Only like 15 bottles total of nail polishes available and other in store stock is extremely limited best to order online for best selection! Staff is very friendly!!

  I booked an appointment a week in advance. I was going to come in and get my hair cut and colored for a job a started the next day. They called me an hour before my appointment was supposed to start to tell me that they couldn't get me in because the had over booked the stylist. When I asked if there was any time that day that they could get me in and told them what I wanted done, the girl on the phone told me that it was a long process (I am well aware, that's why I booked it for my day off) and that if I wanted that I would have to reschedule for a later date. I get it, scheduling things happen, but I would have liked to have known before that so I could have made an appointment elsewhere. Better yet, I would have liked my appointment honored. I liked this salon, they do a good job, but this... this was extremely unprofessional to me. If it was a problem when I first scheduled then I should have been called immediately, if it was a problem that arose later, after I booked my appointment then I should have been prioritized with my original time. They care only about getting as many people in as possible and making as much money as they can at the expense of customer service. All in all, I am very disappointed and will be going elsewhere to get my hair done.

  I see Ashley. She's about the only person in the QC who understands how to cut my hair. Just because it's short and tousled , doesn't mean you just cut it any ol' way. PS this is not a recent pic of me or my style. Lol.
